This Privacy Policy is incorporated by this reference into the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service located at web address of term. The terms “Christtians,” “us,” and “we” include Christtians, an exempted company duly incorporated with limited liability and validly existing under the Laws of the Cayman Islands, and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries. All other terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meanings set forth in the EULA. This Privacy Policy explains how Christtians may: collect, disclose, and use information obtained through the Service. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been aggregated and/or de-identified so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

Your personal information is collected when you register to use the Service, submit information when using the service, log in with social networking credentials, and when you communicate with Christtians. Additionally, information is gathered anonymously through usage statistics, using cookies, server logs and other similar technology used by the Service.

Signing on via Social Media Accounts. Accessing the Service via a social media account log in details such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram you agree that we may collect Personal Information which you have made publicly available on those websites, such as your User name and profile picture. With your permission we may also obtain other non-public information with your permission.

The Service may allow you to share information, including Personal Information, with social networking websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. We do not share your Personal Information with these social networking sites unless you direct the Service to share your Personal Information. Messages sent to other Users of our Service will be accessible by those other Users and Christtians assumes no responsibility for the manner in which those Users use or disclose messages. In addition, your profile information, such as any photograph of you and your User name, will also be searchable and accessible by other Users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the other Users who will view and use this information, so you should carefully consider whether to Post any User Content on the Service or how you identify yourself on the Service. You should not disclose your home address or the address of your place of business, school or other locations you frequent on a regular basis in any User Content.

Information About Your Location, only with your approval, will be collected and change be hidden or declined at any time after. 

Our Customer Support team will collect Personal Information provided to us as a result of you contacting us for reasons relating to customer support.

How Christtians Uses Your Information. Personal Information is gathered and used for the purpose of: communication and facilitating and improving our Service. De-identified and aggregated information may be used for any lawful purpose including marketing


Internal and Service-Related Usage.(Vendors, Service Providers) Personal Information may be provided to third parties for the purpose of being able to continue to provide and improve the Service

Receiving Communications from the Service: you agree to receive emails from the Service to the email address provided to us for the purpose of: customer service and support issues, Service updates and other Service related information, and for enforcement of the EULA or this Privacy Policy. 

Christtians May Disclose Your Information: You agree that we may share your information for the purpose of: communicating with our third party service providers, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect and defend our right and property. We do no rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with nonaffiliated companies to aid in their marketing campaigns unless permitted by you.

User Content and Information. User Content you Post to the Service, such as UGVs, comments and your short biography, will be displayed on the Service and viewable by other users. In addition, your profile information, such as any photograph of you and your User name, will also be searchable and accessible by other Users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the other Users who will view and use this information, so you should carefully consider whether to Post any User Content on the Service or how you identify yourself on the Service. You should not disclose your home address or the address of your place of business, school or other locations you frequent on a regular basis in any User Content..

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information or other account information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy or liquidation where the business will not continue as a going concern, receivership, sale of Christtians assets, or transition of the Service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract. We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional access, use or disclosure.

Age Restrictions: We will never knowingly collect information from any persons under the age of 13 years old as, per the Terms of Service, are not allowed to access the Service. Once notified that we have gathered information from any one under the age of 13, the information and all related files will be removed from our system. You are asked to contact us the moment you are made aware that someone under the age of 13 years old has submitted information to our Service.


International Users: using the Service means you will transfer data to the United States and by choosing to visit and use the Service, you agree to be governed by the State of Georgia and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Christtians or the Service will be in accordance with the Terms of Service for the Service

If you are visiting the Service from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, then please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing globally. By providing your information to the Service, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
